I transitioned into real estate in 2013, assisting my father-in-law in transforming his forestry land into a profitable 1031 exchange portfolio. My husband and I then ventured into investment properties, renovating and either renting or selling them. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2018 after recognizing the need for more trustworthy and client-focused professionals in the industry.
