Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My grandfather began fixing up homes and selling them in the 1940s, long before “renovating” became a common term. My father continued that spirit of craftsmanship as a construction worker, teaching me how homes are built from the inside out. Growing up, I learned how to look beyond aesthetics and understand whether a house is truly sound and well-constructed—from the foundation to the finishing details. That perspective continues to shape how I support clients today.

My own path into real estate began in 2013, when I transitioned from personal styling at Nordstrom to helping my father-in-law transform forestry land into a 1031 exchange investment portfolio. Later, my husband and I began renovating investment properties—learning firsthand how to evaluate structures, understand costs, and recognize potential. In 2018, I became a licensed real estate broker because I wanted to bring this blend of experience, family history, and practical knowledge into a profession that deeply impacts people’s lives.

I approach real estate with a focus on care, communication, and thoughtful guidance. Whether someone is buying or selling, my goal is to make the process feel manageable and informed. I enjoy helping clients look past the surface of a property—spotting opportunities, identifying concerns, and understanding value in a way that supports both comfort and confidence.

My background includes residential real estate, land and forestry, and 1031 exchange investments, along with design, marketing, and construction awareness. These experiences allow me to offer meaningful insight, whether someone is evaluating a potential home or preparing to list a property. I value honesty, patience, and clarity, and I believe clients make their best decisions when they feel supported, educated, and heard.
